Everything is available on demand through your Owner Portal. Log in at any time to review current statements, download income reports, and pull historical records at your own pace. There are no office hours required and no delays.

Through the Owner Portal, you can access a complete view of your account activity, including rent collection and payment processing, vendor bill payments for completed maintenance work, and disbursements for any monthly items handled at your direction. Owner distributions are processed via ACH direct deposit straight to your bank account, along with your monthly owner statement, so you always know exactly what came in and what went out.

Once a year, Peak Property Management also provides you with your complete tax documentation. That includes your 1099 and an annual summary owner statement covering the full calendar year, giving your accountant or tax preparer everything they need in one place.
