How the Referral Program Works

Referring a client takes minutes and pays you for the trust you extend us.

• Owner Referral: receive $500 for every owner who signs a management agreement with Peak.
• Tenant Referral: receive 25% of the leasing fee for every qualified tenant referral.

Payments are straightforward and tied to signed agreements, so there is no ambiguity about when or how you get paid.

What We Manage, Start to Finish

Once a client is referred, we take on the full scope of property operations:

• Leasing and listing coordination
• Tenant screening using a consistent, multi-factor review process
• Rent collection and trust account management
• Maintenance coordination and vendor oversight
• Regular property inspections
• Monthly and annual financial reporting

When the property is ready to go back on the market, it will be maintained, documented, and market-ready — exactly where you need it to be.
